Educators in Madison, Wisconsin gathered on a cold Sunday at Edgewood College to kick off the National Teaching for Black Lives week of Action.

Jesse Hagapioan (one of the editors of Teaching for Black Lives) was the key note speaker.  The day then followed with workshops designed to discuss and prepare lessons for the National Week of Action.

In this special episode, Tim talks to Jesse about the Teaching for Black Lives movement and his reasons for coming to Madison, Wi.

Teachers share their instructional ideas and motivations.
