I don’t even know where to start with grades anymore. I think they used to mean something, although looking back to my high school years I can’t really be sure. I know they don’t mean much when I assign them to my students. Yeah, sure, they tell me something about the point collection a student has managed to obtain- but does that represent learning? Not really.
